1. Where is my order?
- Please allow 10-20 business days for international delivery and 7-10 for national from the day your order was shipped out.
- You can track your order anytime using the tracking number you've got in the confirmation email on the website of your national post or DHL eCommerce
2. What if my delivery takes too long (more then 20 b. days)?
- Usually delivery takes 10-20 business days, but sometimes it may take longer because of your national customs check or if the national post services are very busy with a high number of packages.
- Do not worry. You'll get your order soon. 99% of the orders arrived with a delay of maximum 7-10 days and if you'll not receive your order (i.e it's lost) we'll send a new item for free.
3. I received the order, but I have questions about how I can use it or about a replacement I need
- We'll definitely help you. If you have some issues with your product - we'll send you a free replacement. If the product you've got is defect or some parts doesn't work - just send us a short video where we can see the problem and we'll send you a free replacement.
