with no minimum order
All orders will be processed within 24 – 48 hours on business days. But it can take only a few hours. When you place an order a giant gong sounds in our office, and we start to move faster than a bee. We’ll ship your order immediately after PayPal or Stripe confirm your payment.
Please allow a 3 to 9 days delay in shipment in the period of 22.01.20 and 01.02.20 because of Lunar New Year holidays.
First of all, shipping is absolutely FREE. Once your order is processed, delivery usually takes between 10 – 20 business days. It depends of where you are located also on your postal services. If you want to know more exactly, please don’t hesitate to contact us at email@example.com and we’ll estimate the shipping time based on your location.
The fastest delivery from our store was 4 business days. The slowest – 30. The average is 1-2 weeks. We’ll refund you if the shipping takes to long.

UK: 7-17 days
AUSTRALIA: 8-20 days
CANADA: 10-20 days
EUROPE (with a few exceptions): 10-14 days
OTHER COUNTRIES: 19-35 days
Note: We can not guarantee that your order will arrive exactly in this time frame. It depends on your local post also, because most of our orders arrives in the country of destination in 7 days, but local post of some countries can work very slowly. Also it may be some delays in holiday periods.
In case you need fast shipping, contact us before placing the order and we can send your order via FedEX/UPS, but shipping cost may apply and the price might be high enough.
If you’ve ordered multiple items, they may arrive separately as our products are shipped to you directly from the manufacturer.
If you decline to pay the duties and taxes due to the carrier upon delivery of your order, the package may be considered abandoned, destroyed, or returned to our warehouse (at an extremely high cost charged to SFB). Under these circumstances, we, unfortunately, cannot consider requests for replacement shipments nor refunds.

How DO you manage to keep the prices so low?
By sacrificing shipping time. We get the items shipped direct from the manufacturers, which means it takes 2-3 weeks, but it saves a TON of costs in logistics (bulk shipping costs to the US, customs fees, warehousing costs, product handing fees, USPS / UPS costs). No joke – all that stuff can turn a $40 product into $100 product pretty quickly. By giving up shipping time, we’re saving you a butt-ton of money.
Can I have a tracking number?
Yes. But, (there’s always a but isn’t there?) it sometimes only works while the item is in the origin country. Once it lands stateside you’re just gonna have to bear with us and trust that it’ll arrive within 10 – 20 days. Once you place an order, the system will tell us AT THE LATEST when you should get your order by, which is usually something like 30 days after your order gets shipped so if you don’t get it by that date, get in touch with us and we’ll do everything we can until you’re happy (e.g. provide you with a full or partial refund or send another product).
Hey where’s the other thing I ordered?
Since our products are made by a few different manufacturers, if you order a few different items, they may arrive separately so don’t freak out if you open the packet and there’s an item missing!
Is my payment info safe?
We are proud to take payment via PayPal, and your payments are either handled by Paypal, or Stripe. Either way, we don’t store any of your credit card info. Ever.
What if there is a problem with my product?
Let us know as soon as you can and we’ll send you a new one. We know what it feels like to get a dud after waiting patiently for ages (and unfortunately when you ship enough orders it happens, not often but it does happen) so we’ll do everything in our power to make it right.
